no. any smartphone camera can scan a wren tag. the finder simply points their camera at the QR code and your pet's profile appears instantly. no download. no account. no friction.

your keyring tag lives on your keys and is designed for the scenario where something happens to you. when scanned it shows your pet's full care profile — feeding, medications, vet details, and who to call to care for them at home.

your collar tag lives on your pet's collar and is designed for the scenario where your pet gets lost. when scanned it shows your contact details and how to return your pet to you safely.

both tags are identical physically. the difference is in how the scan page is set up during activation.

yes. both tags are linked to one shared pet profile. update it once and both tags reflect the latest information instantly. your emergency contact details, vet information, and pet care instructions are shared across both tags automatically.

every wren tag is precision-crafted in stainless steel with a laser-engraved QR code that will never fade, scratch off, or become unscannable. available in four finishes — brushed silver, matte black, gold, and rose gold.

30mm diameter. designed to sit elegantly on any keyring or collar without being bulky. substantial enough to feel premium in hand. light enough that your pet won't notice it.

wren is designed to work alongside your existing id tag and microchip — not replace them. microchips require a scanner. engraved tags show basic information that can wear off over time. wren provides a live, updatable profile with everything someone needs in an emergency.

yes — anytime, forever. log into wrenpet.au, make your changes, and both tags reflect the updated information instantly. moved house? new vet? new medication? it takes less than a minute to update.

the wren tag includes up to two pets on one profile — perfect for most households. the wren bundle covers two pets with two tags linked to one shared profile.

for three or more pets, wren premium allows up to four pet profiles under one account for $12 per year.

yes. your pet's profile is password protected and only accessible to you. the public scan page shows only the information you choose to share — nothing more.

wren is hosted on secure servers and your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

wren premium is $12 per year after your first 12 months. it includes up to four pet profiles and medication reminders.

your pet's profile and emergency scan page remain active for life regardless of subscription status — premium is for the additional features only.

wren tags are currently available for pre-order. first batch ships soon. your unique activation code and profile setup instructions will be emailed to you on shipping day.

after purchase

your tag arrives with a unique activation code printed on your card insert. visit wrenpet.au on any device, enter your code, and set up your pet's emergency profile in under five minutes.

both tags in the bundle have separate activation codes — you'll activate each one and designate it as either a keyring tag or a collar tag during setup.
